Date Visited: May 2017 Buffet: Hooked@Edge Dinner Buffet (Wednesdays & Thursdays) Mother’s Day was around the corner and celebrations always meant buffets for my family (that’s why my diet plans never worked out). Since it was the choice of my mom, that meant that the buffet needed a good range of Asian food (we always know someone who goes to hotel buffets and only eat stuff like laksa, chicken rice etc right – that’s my mom) This time, Edge @ Pan Pacific was chosen and it BLEW MY MIND, and my diet too ya. Here’s my review & items you absolutely must try in this buffet! VARIETY Variety was UHMAYZING, ok? Usually buffets tend to be strong in a certain cuisine (eg. Asian) and so-so in the others, or overall not bad, but very few options of each cuisine. Edge was crazy good. Western, Italian, Local, Asian, Japanese … all there. And except…

Travel Date: September 2016 Anyone who has ever been to Seoul knows that 4 full days in this busy city is wayyyyy too short. Unfortunately, because my girlfriends J, S, and I booked a last-minute trip to Seoul over dinner 2 weeks before (#yolo right?), beggars can’t be choosers and the return flight prices were the most ideal during those dates. So with only 4 days and approximately 13 meals – every meal had to count. We planned most of our trips according to food (and shopping) in the area, and here’s 10 things you absolutely have to eat on your next trip to Seoul! Special thanks to J who did most of the planning this trip haha!  #1. Budae Jjigae This was definitely on the top of our list to eat – Budae Jjigae (army stew) is shown in almost all Korean shows, making us salivate every single time.…

Addiction Aquatic Development, 上引水產 – No. 18, Alley 2, Lane 410, Minzu E Rd, Zhongshan District, Taipei City, Taiwan 104 When you think about Taipei, you immediately think of great (sinful) street food and awesome shopping at mainstream places like Ximending, Shilin Night Market, Raohe, Wufenpu… however, during my recent trip I was recommended a place that I absolutely fell in love with – Addiction Aquatic Development, 上引水產. Here’s 5 reasons why you need to go, like ASAP. #5. It’s easy to get there! Unlike most popular places, hipster cafes and must-go tourist areas, this place isn’t in a far-far-far away isolated area where you would have to hire a car to, and then walk for 475183012938 minutes. The nearest MRT station is Xingtian Temple Station, and then it’s a 15 minute walk. (You’ll also see the other interesting markets in the vicinity too.) After the walk, you should be all ready to…

Jl. Cimanuk 2, Bandung 40114, Indonesia Date of visit: August 2015 We found this cafe after walking past a few “sketchy” cafes (no aircon, no proper seating and flies everywhere) so it was definitely a highlight for us! Decor & Seating Two Cents Coffee looks like a touristy cafe even from the outside, with a hipster, rustic feel. There is both inside (aircon) and outside seating available although it can get quite packed! Food Prices were steep for Indonesia – roughly Singapore cafe prices ($10-15 for simple breakfast items), so I was pretty surprised to see many locals in the cafe too! Food was good and quality was as expected for the price. It was definitely also “instagrammable” with the nice plating and tablewares used, haha! Service Service was a little slow, but it might be due to the cafe being crowded or just the laidback culture of the place.…
